Willow Creek (& Rare Hare) Wine Club FAQ’s

When will my first wine club order be shipped?

Once your wine club order is placed, you can expect your wine to be dispatched from the winery within 3 working days and will reach most Australian metro locations approximately 4-7 working days after this. Rural addresses may take slightly longer.

How do I receive my discount on purchases other than wine club?

Ensure you have logged in to your account when shopping. Your personal wine club discount (of 20%) and free shipping, will be applied.

I’d like a different wine club selection next time…

Log in to your account, select Subscriptions, View Subscriptions and select ‘Switch Wine Club’ to alter your choice.

I have forgotten my account password; how can I retrieve this?

Please navigate to the My Account page, found at the top right-hand corner of each page. On this page you can click on “Lost Your Password?” and reset.

Can I change the address my wine is shipped to?

If you have moved or would like to permanently change your shipping address, you can do this by logging in to your account and editing your shipping address.

I will be away during my next shipment, what can I do?

Please contact wineclub@willow-creek.com.au or phone 5931 2502 in order for us to delay or pause your account. Another option is to redirect your wine to another address.

I’d like to check the whereabouts of my order, who can help?

Please email wineclub@willow-creek.com.au and we will track the order via Australia Post’s eParcel service on your behalf. We will let you know the outcome of our search ASAP.

When will my credit card be charged?

On placing your first order, and whenever your next designated subscription order is due to be shipped.

Are my Credit Card details stored on the site?

No. We use Stripe payment gateway as well as a SSL certificate to protect your privacy. We do not have any access to your personal card details.

I’d like to cancel my wine club membership… how do I do this?

You may cancel your membership at any time. Please send an email to wineclub@willow-creek.com.au indicating that this is what you would like to do.
